The summer after my freshman year I applied and was one of 50 selected to be a Baylor Line Camp and Orientation Leader. I spent the summer in Waco, leading the Baylor class of 2020 into their Baylor journey. This was one of the most stretching, challenging and rewarding summers of my life. I made connections with the most encouraging and supportive group of leaders and experienced God's grace and provision in ways I never had before.

My experience with new student programs was so impactful that I returned the following summer as a Orientation Intern. In this role, I had the opportunity to serve the leaders themselves and guide them through orientation programming. If I could spend every summer with New Student Programs at Baylor, I probably would.
